Ingredients
  1. ½ a red onion
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 1-2 birds-eye chillies
  4. 1 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  7. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  8. A bunch of fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Peel and roughly chop the red onion half and add to the liquidizer with 2 peeled cloves of garlic.
  2. Add the chillies (stalks removed), 1 tablespoon of paprika, the zest of 1 lemon and juice of½ a lemon.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a good pinch of salt and pepper, the bunch of basil and a swig of water. Blitz until smooth.
