Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 1tbsp oil
- 1 large chopped onion
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1tbsp chopped fresh sage
- 1 Large Egg (Beaten)
Instructions
- Heat the butter and oil, and cook the onion until softened. Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage, seasoning and the beaten egg.
- Put in a covered baking dish (uncovered if you want the top crispy) and cook in a preheated oven at 180C, gas 4 for 40 mins.
Notes
- Serve with your favourite roast Turkey or Chicken and lashings of gravy.
